These new captures, just recently obtained from the original video help clear up the controversy about the man at the black jack table. These pictures show us that it is not Paul van der Sloot.

The image on the left is time stamped three minutes earlier than the previously released image from the ABC video.

ABC's Defense Argues Case video

Video from ABC News Shows the exact same man next to Natalee as shown in the recently released still photos. As a further indicator, it also shows Natalee in virtually the same position (and skirt positioning) as in the new still images.
