Michelle Kosinski in Aruba tells about how NBC has obtained these secretly recorded taping of the 3 suspects from back in late June of 2005. Supposedly whoever leaked these tapes to the media thought they would incriminate Joran and the Kalpoes.
The context of when this tape was made is very important. Both the Kalpoes and Joran had been told by the police that the other was guilty. Joe feels this is the most important evidence exonerating Joran. "If they find this girl alive, I will laugh." "If you didn't do something to this girl then nothing happened to her." These types of statements show that these three boys know nothing about what happened to Natalee.
These are comparison windows of the infamous police car conversation with the original Dutch transcript and three translations in scrolling windows for comparing them line-by-line .

On the Record with Greta Van Susteren Joe Tacopina discusses a very interesting letter that Karin Janssen wrote to the Justice Department of the United States, on October 31, 2005.
Some of the questions asked if by any chance Beth Twitty is related to Hitler, and if by any chance the family has gone on a trip to Austria recently. Prosecutor Janssen in a certain sense indicated that they don’t have any proof against the trio of Joran, Deepak and Satish. It was divulged that the prosecutor from Aruba asked for help from the FBI in order to obtain a certified copy of Natalee’s high school yearbook.
Here they want to check if there could be any indication that Natalee had thought of running away from home. Also, they want to know if by any chance Natalee has run away from home in the past, or has come up with a plan to be a ‘runaway’. Another request was to find the list of telephone calls that Beth Twitty made from her home, and also from her cellular phone.
The letter at certain angles gave the impression that Aruba wants to investigate this case from all corners. However the question in regards to the relation between Beth Twitty and Hitler seems to leave everyone quite speechless. The contents of this letter indicates that there is no indication that the trio of the Dutch and Surinamese youth committed rape on a voluntary basis on Natalee.
Joe will say to Greta that this letter proves that Aruba needs help, this is late fall of 2005 and it's a real window into the state of their investigation. Some of their theories, the chief prosecutor says there's no evidence of Joran's involvement. Joe says this is a terrific letter, it dispels rumours put out by the media. As recently as 12 hours ago one of the Holloways said Joran sexually assaulted her which is the furthest thing from the truth. Joe says this letter by Karin proves that.
