Day after day all day, what happens ... maybe a missing Alabama teen?

Is it possible that Natalee's own use of the popular drink Red Bull mixed with alcohol is what caused her demise? How much do we understand about the lethal combination of Red Bull and alcohol? Why has this never been looked at as the cause of her death?
And why did her friends hide the truth? First, why was her alcohol consumption during the five days prior to her disappearance not revealed for months and months? When it finally was revealed by Greta van Susteren, in the FBI 302's, why are the Red Fires that she began each day with, described as Rum and coke? Rum and coke is already known to everyone as a popular drink and it is known simply as Rum & Coke. In the FBI documents Natalee is said to have been drinking "Red Fires." Any drink that has "Red," affixed to it is a drink mixed with Red Bull. Why has this not been part of the investigation? Is it because this great revelation would have shown exactly what could have happened to Natalee by ingesting this lethal combination day after day? When I, "Jan Brennan," visited the Marriott Beach area of Aruba I found Red Bull sold at each and every bar (including the Holiday Inn) along the beach and in downtown Oranjestad.
The documentation on the popularity of Red Bull and alcohol is alarming, as is the documentation of what happens to people who combine Red Bull and alcohol. These are facts that cannot be ignored any longer in trying to determine what happened to this missing Alabama teen.
